About
Char Heimbach, an attorney with Clayton, Ramirez & Null Law, PLLC, is now Of Counsel to The Law Offices of Vic Feazell, PC.
As a child of two hardworking immigrants, Char Heimbach has always had a passion for helping others and giving back to her community. This passion led Char to pursue her legal career in 2018. She strongly believes that everyone should be protected and cared for, and she strives to advocate for those in need. Since beginning her legal career, Char continues to advocate and represent those in need through her practice of estate planning and guardianship law. Char currently represents several clients in estate planning, estate administration, asset protection, and guardianship administration.
During her time as an attorney, Char has already made a meaningful impact in her community and continues to do so. In 2022, Char worked alongside her colleagues at Clayton, Ramirez & Null Law to begin the first needs-based pro bono estate planning clinic in the Austin area. Driven by her passion for education, Char has also led information sessions on the importance of estate planning and asset protection for various organizations throughout Austin. Her outreach includes places such as the Asian American Resource Center, the Junior League of Austin, AGE of Central Texas, and others.
Prior to her legal career, Char supported her family in running a successful restaurant for over two decades. Hard work, dedication, and the importance of family is ingrained in her character and encourages her to continue to make a positive difference in the world around her.
Outside of work, Char enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Stanford. As a proud graduate of the University of Texas, you will likely find Char rooting for the Texas Longhorns in her spare time.
